Welcome to my site! Thank you for visiting.

I am 27 years old and I have Downs Syndrome. I currently live in Denver, Colorado. Throughout my life, many people have looked at me and only seen my condition. But I am much more than that and do not let it define me. I am a certified personal trainer and an athlete and Regional Fitness Captain with Special Olympics Colorado. I participate in Bocce and powerlifting. I create and appear in fitness videos for Special Olympics Colorado in which I demonstrate proper forms of various exercises. By doing this, I am helping other athletes learn to exercise and lead healthier lives.

I became interested in photography while attending high school. I was a student photographer for my high school yearbook taking student activity photos that were published in the book. I love taking photographs of rivers, waterfalls, landscapes and other natural scenes. I shoot most of my pictures using an iPhone 14 Pro and a Canon EOS 90D in RAW and TIFF formats.
